24250 Loma Prieta Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95033
Wrights Station is a small-batch winery up Loma Prieta Ave in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and it's one of the stops on the Wines of the Santa Cruz Mountains passport. Visitors talk about the tasting flights (the Largo flight comes up by name), the scenery, and the staff, who have hosted private gatherings like bridal showers; people have even spotted hawks and eagles from the property.
Wrights Station Winery holds its annual Friendsgiving case sale over two weekends, November 20-23 and November 27-30, with 50% off select wines including Estate Cuvee Chardonnay, Lago Lomita Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Book a normal tasting reservation to have the team put together your case; the sale is also available online with shipping.
